The movie follows a harried New York City party planner who is invited on a romantic holiday vacation, but her company's top client needs her to organize a large Christmas Eve party in Los Angeles at the same time. Unbeknownst to Eve, her future all depends on whether or not she makes a plane. We see it both ways, in parallel.
